With two decades of professional experience, Karim blends traditional Moroccan technique with modern plating—always sourcing the freshest ingredients from the medina that morning.
Philosophy: seasonal produce, clear flavors, generous hospitality. Karim designs menus around what’s freshest and local, favoring slow-cooked tagines, fragrant couscous, and light, citrus-forward salads that balance richer mains.
