How do I pay?
50% deposit on confirmation, balance on the night. Stripe, wire (EUR/USD), Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard, or MAD cash. Corporate invoicing available.

The food
What do you cook?
Traditional Moroccan: tagines, pastilla, royal couscous, the seven salads, mechoui lamb, traditional desserts, mint tea. Mediterranean and French influences possible on request.
Is the food halal?
Halal by default — all meat from certified halal butchers in the medina souk. Kosher, vegetarian, and vegan menus run in parallel on request.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, allergies, low-carb, dairy-free — no extra charge. Tell us at booking. Menu is shared in writing for you to approve.
Can I request a specific menu?
Yes. We work from what’s at the souk that morning, not a fixed list. Want a specific tagine, a non-Moroccan course, a kid-friendly section, a fully bespoke tasting menu — flag it in the brief and we’ll cost it.
Where we cook
Do I need a kitchen?
Yes — a working oven, gas hob (4 burners ideal), sink with hot water, and a fridge with at least one shelf empty. We bring all cookware. More on villa kitchen requirements.
Can the chef cook at a medina riad?
Yes. Riad kitchens are smaller but the souk is 50 metres away. Service moves to the courtyard or rooftop. Maximum 12–14 guests realistically.
Can the chef cook in the desert?
Yes — Agafay desert camps are a regular venue. We bring everything; cooking is over charcoal or wood fire. Flat €60 per person transport add-on for desert dinners.
Group size & events
How many guests can the chef serve?
From 2 to 30+. Minimum 2. €85 per person up to 19 guests; for 20+ we move to the event tier (custom quote, full service brigade). For 50–200+ events, see the wedding page.
Can you cater a wedding?
Yes. Wedding bookings start at €1,200 for 20 guests, scaling to 200+. Full brigade, table styling, mint-tea ceremony, cleanup included. Wedding chef page.
Can you cater a corporate dinner or offsite?
Yes. From €650 for 10 guests, full service. Multilingual team (EN/FR/AR default). EUR or USD invoicing, VAT-compliant. NDAs available. Corporate dining page.
Do you offer cooking classes?
Yes — as an add-on to the chef dinner, €200 for up to 6 guests, at your villa or riad. Cooking class vs chef comparison.
