Make the guest enquiry easy
For a dinner enquiry, send the preferred date, guest count, accommodation, serving time, occasion and dietary requirements. We can then discuss availability, menu ideas and a clear proposal.
Agree with the guest how they would like to be introduced before sharing their contact details. For a longer stay, include the meals and dates requested so the scope can be discussed.
